Yonge Lawrence Village features
fantastic shopping that includes bakeries, gift shops, sporting goods
stores, children's shops, fashion stores and great coffee shops. Mount
Pleasant Rd is another great place to shop and offers wonderful gourmet
food shops and places to stop in for a decadent dessert!

styles in this neighbourhood including Georgian and Colonial Style designs,
English Cottage style homes and Tudor style homes. Most homes in the
area were built between 1910 and the late 1940's and renovations to
homes in the area are generally done with an intention of maintaining
and preserving the beautiful features of these older homes including
wood trim, hardwood floors and leaded glass windows.
